In 4th place I have Lady Morgana from Drag Race Philippines 馃嚨馃嚟!
Lady Morgana is so fun and brings joy to the Philippines series. This was proved by her winning the Miss Congenality of her season.
I watched the season when it came out and all I remember is she made me laugh in her confessionals and just her joyful way she interacted with the other Queens and judges.
Lady Morgana would be the ultimate underdog as she was never consider a threat to win!
