It has to be recognized that sometimes the block and filter buttons aren't enough. They can still follow you into games and they can still harass you on the blogs page.
But in the same realm, I know that it sucks to feel like youre letting the bullies win, but what are they really winning? They've already killed the fun for everybody else including their selves. So now they can keep spending their life trying to be the king of something that doesn't even matter while you move on to bigger and better things.
