Ive been checking almost like every hour for Fast rookies and it still won't let me join? Whats going on?!

U have to wait for castings to fill first. Then fast rookies will be open

it's on rotation system now! once a castings fills, a frookies opens. once a frookies fills, a fastings open. then after that fastings, another frookies. after that, castings. rinse and repeat
