Help a Naive Player

I haven't played a lot of castings and I don't have a lot of friends on this site, so a lot of the time I'm kind of out of the loop. In slow castings, is there usually a lot of scheming? I've been asked by someone to give them my 1, but I've never really coordinated votes or been asked to work together. Is that going on?

In castings, no alliances are usually played..

A lot of scheming typically doesn't go on. Usually after a few games you'll be able to tell who is doing better (stat-wise) than who, so everyone usually just tries to evict the person who is ultimately doing the best out of any of the noms. Since the final four is determined by the algorithm, most people usually just evict the person who is the biggest threat (most keys/checks). Hope this helped! If you have any more questions, feel free to pm me! :)

Casting is more social than strategic.  If someone is strategizing, then they're trying too hard.  Just be as active as you can and more than likely you will win, or at least go unnominated.

Yeah what everyone else said. Except I always message the noms and say "I'm open to make a deal if you want" so that you can keep someone who will help you in the long run. I've never like made an alliance in a casting though (except when there was this one girl no one could stand except for her 3 followers so we made the "Evict the bitch 2013" alliance) lol. But my deals are always just: I'll give you my one if you do the same next time I'm nominated.
