What the hell do ya’ll EAT

I’m really trying to change up my diet, walk/run on this track for at least an hour every day and then do planet fitness 4 days a week.

I didn't change my diet much aside from my portions. Now I only eat to be satisfied, not full, and I don't snack I only eat meals.

I only eat 2 meals a day and have a veggie smoothie. I just eat smaller portions and cut out alcohol more cheese and fried food and bread. Eating more veggies too

I’m bad right now but chicken eggs milk oatmeal lettuce peas broccoli carrots some fruit maybe beef or fish too

You need a goal,

Lose weight, eat protein with every meal and have a slight calorie deficit, doing cardio helps the process but is not necessary.

If you want to build muscle you need a slight calorie surplus and a lot of knowledge of different exercises
