pookiie Because posting something online is a threat regardless if you utter it out loud to someone multiple users saw it and seemed concerned furthermore he made 4 blogs with the threat then told multiple users in pms the same threats. The authorities determined the relevancy if they felt the need to investigate and they did, multiple law enforcement agencies felt it was relevant enough but I guess you know better than all of them
