Lu <3 Danna Paola <3 Lu is one of the most hateful, spiteful bitches I have ever seen in a TV show, it's impossible NOT to love how evil she is! But really, Lu adds so much excitement to the show. She's a one-note, despicable character for most of the season, so I normally wouldn't like her so much, but her scenes provide some much needed dramaaaaaa.
She's not that realistic. Who acts like this in real life? But she *kind of* gets well-developed by the end of the season. She's the type-A overachiever queen bee. And she does some pretty unforgivable things, especially when it comes to Nadia (calling her racist slurs and setting her up in a fake relationship so that she's too heartbroken to compete with her for the academic award). SO petty and cruel!
She even blackmails her TEACHER so that he gives her high marks-- it's straight up demon-level shit that she pulls. Her love for Guzman and her ONE human moment when she's heartbroken by him gives her some redemption though, but I mainly like her because she's unapologetically self-centered and powerful, and she DOES get what she wants. It's awesome to watch and hear her one-liners. But I think she might become one of the top characters in S2... she's much more complex than I originally thought her to be.
