Because I somehow made the bus despite being 5 minutes late for it, I got to class right before my presentation, I’m eating right now and I have an hour and 30 minute break, but I think I have organ damage or something tbh because it’s been hurting a lot like in my rib cage area and it feels uncomfortable (almost painful) swallowing food. If there’s anything wrong with me I think it’s because of my last work shift, I was given too much I couldn’t handle and I had to lift things I’m not physically able to lift
Edit: But I also had a panic attack 2 days ago so maybe it’s related to that?
