okay so i didn't sleep last night because i worked until 3:30am, and had to lead 2 meetings today at 9am-11am and 5pm-7pm. i took a 2 hour nap between my meetings, and now i'm conflicted with what to do. i'm off tomorrow, but i have more meetings on thursday (same times), so idk if i should
A) nap now (its 8pm) since i'm tired, and then take my full sleep later tonight (which i'm used to going to bed late anyways), but then risk overnapping, which i always tend to do
B) force myself to stay awake until like 1am-2am, which would be closer to when i usually go to bed, and then sleep for 9-10 hours
like i dont WANT to stay awake, but i know i'll probably oversleep if i nap now, and that's gonna completely fuck up my schedule so idk what to do SOS

I always shoot for Option B but then I fall asleep cuz im too tired so it depends. If you're completely destroyed just nap and overnap, if you can make it till 1 am do that
