ok wow, this movie was good. Not what i expected, especially those elderly people falling off the cliff and smashing their face on the rocks was so hard to watch and the fact they did it so nonchelately and the visitors didnt have the sense the run away after that? then the whole cult thing was just weird that group of friends should of ran when they had the chance, good movie though 10/10. Dani joining the cult and killing her boyfriend was awesome lol
By far Ari Aster's best film. The intense graphic scene of the old people jumping off the cliff really took me by surprise because before that, it seemed like the film would go for strictly psychological horror. Them doing it towards the middle of the film really left me unnerved for the rest of the film because we didn't know what to expect. I also thought Florence Pugh did such a fantastic job at creating such a lived in character.
same! good storyline, good gore, good everything no too much of anything. Great!
sebbers i agree! i thought once the elders jumped off the cliff it would turn into a wild witchhunt against the visitors, but it didnt... it slowly sort of did and like u said, left me on the edge of me seat because i didnt know when and how! Florence Pugh was very good in the movie too she did great :)
