The overall movie was good, but I wasn’t a big fan of the ending. It feels like with whodunnit slashers, several twists have already been made such as “what if everyone did it?”, and it felt like this film wanted to explore the ending of “what if no one did it?”. That kind of twist can work, but in my opinion this wasn’t the right movie to use it on. The “no one did it” route naturally has a comedic effect on the audience, and while Bodies Bodies Bodies is technically a comedy film as much as it is a horror film, it sets up several scenes in which the tone is supposed to be serious and/or tense. That tone doesn’t blend well with this kind of comedic ending in my opinion.
I did enjoy the overall movie though. It was pretty fun. I rented it from RedBox last night along with X, which is what I plan on watching next (finally!!!)

I wasn't vibimg on the movie because I went in with the wrong expectations until the ending happened and it gave me a totally different perspective on ths film. I dont think the movie was trying to be "edgy" or have a gimmick. It felt very natural to Pete Davidson's character whos already been established as hot headed and doesn't think his actions through while also being extremely jealous of Lee Pace's character
In a film where one of the themes is mass hysteria I think its a perfect ending for what it was trying to say. Thats just me :p
