i started my first game on casting recently and on the second day i started to neg another players comments, not because they were bad comments but because i saw that person as a threat to my game. Unfortunatly for me i am now nominated and might get kicked off. Was it too early for me to do that or did i do the right thing?

Well this was a casting game and because you negged 1 person solidly, the computer has put you up for nomination so yes you did the wrong thing. Next time if you don't like someone, you should wait until they go up and then vote them out if you don't like that person. The other contestants in the game will now decide, and in my opinion because you realize this was bad, you deserve to survive. Thats what this game is partly about, having patience over those you like and don't like.

Lol you negged me and then you admitted to it, bad move especally when others are online. But since you seem like a nice person I will give you some advice, wait to neg som1 when a lot of others are online that way the person won't know who negged them, also you did not go up cuz u negged me, u went up cuz more then 1 person negged you. ;)
