Most frustrating thing in Survivor is... Oct 9, 2011
When people don't show up to do challenges and you lose by a narrow margin. Especially when you are down in numbers and could have won every challenge had the people who had not shown up done just as bad as the worst scorer in the tribe...

Petition: Take 'A BB USA Game' Tag off of Week Long Rookies Sep 28, 2011
imageClassic Rookies is almost nothing like Big Brother, and I don't think it should be called a BB USA game. Classic Rookies is just Casting except it an HoH who has partial choice in nominations and there are no challenges.. BB USA is an HoH with full choice in nominations and challenges. If you want a BB USA game, then actually make one or actually bring back the other Rookies since it resembled the actual show that many of us love over an game thats basically Slow Castings Version 2...

I know this is something you've probably heard plenty of times but the more it is posted the more of a reality that it may be.

Classical rookies has exactly what I don't want in the game: little strategy and a lot of power in the hands of the algo. I wanted a game that relies less on an algo and more on strategy and a person's decisions, and the other Rookies had that.

Perhaps the other rookies could come back under a different name of, maybe, Big Brother? I love the show and loved how that game resembled the show much more than classic rookies so why not offer both. Some changes can possibly be made to Big Brother such as the HoH having 2 hours to decide a tied vote before the algo chooses, and perhaps having HoH challenges (and maybe POV goes to most active instead, or add more challenges and make all challenges) to increase the amount of strategy in the game.

I just want some option to play the last rookies, or a game like it, that offers strategy as well as the social aspect and doesn't rely on activity as much so its fair to those who have school (I don't, but I'm just saying) or can't be on the computer all day long.

If something like the other rookies doesn't come back I don't know how much longer I will stay interested in this site, so please bring it back!

My First Rookies Sep 17, 2011
After having some major success in Fastings, I was finally able to try my fist Rookies. The gameplay was great and even though I made a rather large enemy at the end of it because I gave them 4th, I decided to give 3rd so a first-timer like myself and not someone who I thought was playing me towards the end. I ended up winning with a vote of 5-1. I hope my next Rookies game goes well :)

Game Number 2 Sep 9, 2011
After finding out I received 3rd place in the first game, I wanted to make it to the finals again in this game in order to maybe finish better. The first two votes were for inactives, but after that the game was rolling. I was in a strong 5 person alliance and another competitor was allied with me in case the alliance fell through. When this other competitor, who thought I was merely a pawn, started trying to cause trouble in the votes he was soon voted off and my final 5 alliance made it down the final 6 before falling apart. Being able to grab two of the members from that alliance we sailed to the final 4, until one asked to be voted off. So lets hope this final 3 has a better result than my last one!

My first game Sep 8, 2011
Game 1

So I just played my first game, a casting game, and I have to admit I had fun. I didn't think I'd get so into the game so quickly as I found myself scrambling to figure out who I could work with in order to get me to the finals. I had a couple of deals with people that I could not keep because the numbers were against us and I couldn't become the next target. I had to make the right moves at the right times in order to secure myself a position in the final 3, which I did. Hopefully I can be determined the winner!

I'm excited to play more games but need more T to do so, so if anyone can help me find out how to do that I'll be appreciative.
