Sam doesn't have the votes to stay right? Going by the feeds both sides are either sure that Steve is staying or Sam is staying. Winstons crew is for Sam, but Christophers side is for Steve. I am confused because as much as I would like Sam to be safe, I don't think she has majority.

Alvino True but her being able to hold onto the power could be crucial for her future game. And it is worrying that she may still even fail her "chance" to come back
