Heey...could an English native speaker help me with my English homework please? I have to create some new sentences with "hot verb get" with the same meaning of "get" like in sample....could you help me please??? thank you!
Sample:
You always GET OUT of doing the washing up, its not fair.
Answer: I will have to make an excuse to GET OUT that dinner.

are you supposed to replace the word get with another word that fits better?
No I am not...I am not sure with the particles...like/over/up etc....so if theres a mistake somewhere please tell me:) The original text is without the particles....(I had to fill it in...options are: "at, away, into off, on , out, over, round, through, up") Each group has the same particle in all 3 sentences. I have to fill the particles right and then rewrite each sentence how I described...unfortunately with get + part....its hard you know..that why I am asking you:) thanks!!!!!
