just have such deep-rooted negativity I feel bad for them. Just be happy. No need to waste time hating on anything/anyone that doesn't stand for exactly what you believe.
Just smile every once in a while or something. Accept differences rather than hate differences.

so using your logic its okay to be friends with a Nazi to "aCcEpT dIfFeReNcEs" ? Some people deserve to be shut down if they support hatred. That's not being negative, it's actually supporting people who need it.
memphis_grizzlies I don't care who you are friends with, i believe what i believe, but others should believe what they believe! I am pro-choice. Everyone should do and think how they want :)
I don't get how you don't see that you are privileged and while YOU won't be affected by hatred like other groups will, you empowering these people and giving them a sense of belonging does not help vulnerable groups
memphis_grizzlies I am privileged. I'm not empowering anyone, I'm saying I accept people who think differently than me. There's so reason for me to hate them. Even if they hate, I will love :)
I mean if youre going to be friends with them... the least you can do is educate them on their ignorance and intolerance and try to get them to change. Letting them be intolerant without consequence is dangerous and lets those attitudes get stronger and spread. lemjam6
memphis_grizzlies I have never witnessed any friend of mine who voted trump ever express hate or intolerance. I don't like Trump, but not all of his supporters are awful human beings.
