Regarding Lachie227 and his blog, I find it very credible.
Vanessa from BB17 tweeted her sisters name along with BB18, and then deleted it. It was still up on her facebook, but it seems that it was a google search turned into a tweet.
Her sister lives in Palm Springs, which is exactly where CBS signed on a production assistant for 1 day on June 8th (this is when they film the finding the key segment)
Edit #2: It's highly speculated that Frank Eudy (BB14) will be returning, and given the hype of this "blood vs. water" type theme, it's safe to say that if all of this is true, we will see Frank, his father (Sid Vicious) Vanessa, and her sister Tiffany.
IT JUST SO HAPPENS THAT FRANK LIVES IN CHARLOTTE NC WHICH IS ONE OF THE LOCATIONS FOR THE PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS. (for more on that, see Patrick319 and his blog)
Kudos also if the season is 10 noobies as has been "spoiled", I'm assuming the last 3 noobies would be from bigger cities (LA/NY/Chicago/etc) where production assistant's would be much more readily available and they wouldn't need to post advertisements for them

Yeah I agree they always like to grab people from the same states, presumably trying to find a diverse cast from all corners lol. I wish we had more speculation on the returnees, but from the rumors saying BB14 16 and 17, it narrows it down Patrick319
