Episode Twoooooo:
Que the recap and intro and all that good shit. We back @ the Aparri camp.

***At Aparri’s camp.
CONFESSIONAL FROM SINDY: Am I happy being on a vote that just turned this tribe four to one? No. However, have I been pulling my weight as a tribemate? Yes.

“Sindy do you want to talk about it?” Mike looked at her.

“What’s there to talk about.” She was defeated.

“Listen, you can’t deny that he costed us the challenge.” James joined her at the fire pit and started to use the flint that they received.

“Sindy I’m not against you.” Michael figured now would be a good time to add in, in front of everybody. “Take your time to collect yourself. I’m glad to introduce myself to you and get to know each other. We’ve had a rough start.”

“Oh? Have you? Tell me how being the majority is so tough on you?” Sindy gave him a nasty look.

“What was it like receiving two votes at your first tribal? Tone it down. Your splendid, cold heart is shining through. Sleep on it. I’ll talk tomorrow.” Michael walked away.

***Morning at Aparri.
“Oh you’ve gotta be fucking kidding me.” Caleb rolled over to see that the fire went out.

“This is ridiculous.” He got up and started to work it before everybody else woke up. James overheard the stones smashing together and came to join him.

“You better get that boiling before Sindy boils.” James brought dry grass over. “Here.” He took it from Caleb. “Can you get water for us? And then some for the rice.”

“Ay ay, captain.” Caleb was taken aback and rolled his eyes.

“Sorry – I’m just starving.” James looked back at him and apologized.

“Mmm…. Morning.” Mike stretched from under the leaves. “Me too.”

***At Luzon tribe
The sun was rising and Gangey couldn’t sleep. He knew where to search for that idol and it was killing him inside. His fingers were tapping off the sand outside of the hut. The only thing that was stopping him at this point was Riley being wide awake.

CONFESSIONAL FROM GANGEY: I just need him to fall asleep! His eyes are burning holes in my back. I can feel it. -camera showed Riley staring down Gangey- I… have to find SOME way to get out of here. I can’t do this… -camera shows Gangey getting up and looking at Riley-

“Hey man.” He stretches. Gangey acts like he’s about to do some jogging. “I’m going to go for a run and do some yoga down by the rocks. They give off good energy.” He paused while yawning. “Care to join?” Riley shook his head and said he was good. “Alright well… I’ll be back in an estimated hour probably. But I’ll only be right over there, stretching, climbing, flexing… you know. The workouts.” Gangey took off.

CONFESSIONAL FROM GANGEY: I mean… I tried to distract that I was idol hunting…
Gangey arrived at the “mouth” of the rocks. The nose part was the huge piece that came over the beach. “Now where the fuck…” Gangey did the downward dog and cocked his head toward the camp to see if Riley was looking. Riley waved to him.

CONFESSIONAL FROM RILEY: Does he think I’m that stupid? He’s in eyesight. He must really have some type of hunch about it if he couldn’t wait for me to not watch… So of course, I’ll be watching.

Gangey started to climb the rocks. He looked up the “nose”. “Nothing…” He fell on the ground. “Under…” he started to look and see if it was still up on a ledge. He started to meditate and sat on the ground. “Oh my god.” Gangey saw a pile of pebbles in the shape of an x. He knew it was under there. There was no way it couldn’t be. Cole was moving and cut off Riley’s vision from he went for it. He started digging in the center of the x. “Holy fuck!”

CONFESSIONAL FROM GANGEY: -camera shows him digging and about 3 inches deep he finds a bag- This is so wild… -camera shows him unravelling the package and the note with the idol-. It is day four. I am holding an individual immunity idol. This thing… could change my game so severely. Like… wow. -Gangey started to breathe heavily and then chuckled-

“What’s he up to down there?” Alex scratched her head.

“Stretching.” Riley made a face suggesting that’s not what he was doing.

“You don’t think he’s…?” Cole looked at them.

“Nah. That’s too obvious to search for it.” Alex thought she knew that’s not where the idol was. She was staring dead at the face rock and it just wasn’t clicking. “He’s just fucking weird.”

***At the Solana tribe
KC, Michelle, Max, and Dev were sprawled out on the sand near the beach. Drizella and Ryan were swimming and having fun. “Michelle, could you be a dear and do me a favor?” Dev looked over to her.

“What’s up?” Michelle looked over to her.

“Could you braid my hair?” Dev flashed her a smile.

“Sure!” Michelle scooted behind Dev. “Hey KC…” She bit her lip.

“Sure…” She sounded less enthused and slid over. “Drizella!” KC was going to invite her over to chat. “Want in on the braid train?” Drizella bellowed a huge nope from out in the ocean. “Damn… alright.”

Max got up and went back to inside the shelter and sat by herself.

CONFESSIONAL FROM DEV: I want to work with Max. I really, honestly do. I just don’t think she understands that she’ll have to make social sacrifices in order to maybe even stay. The numbers are already stacked against her/us. Although, I’m not opposed to her keeping distance. It makes me more likely to stay… so am I that turned off to her being standoffish?

***IMMUNITY CHALLENGE.
“Aparri… come on in!” Jeff hollered to them. “Luzon and Solana getting a look at the new Aparri tribe. Ryan voted out at the last tribal council.” Nobody seemed too shocked, since he was the one that costed the competition for them. “Not a big reaction… I don’t mean to say it was predictable but… nobody is fooled. Alright, who is ready to hear how this works. First – I’m going to need the immunity totems back.” Jeff waited. “Thanks Cole, thank you Driz.”

“I’ll see you soon, baby.” Drizella kissed it and gave it back to Jeff. Everybody laughed.

“Confidence. I like it.” Jeff chuckled. “Okay so… what are we playing for? What’s under these tarps, that’s what you’re thinking, huh?” They all nodded. “Well… first we’ll talk about how this challenge works. Three of you will be transferring water. One person will dip the bucket into the water. The first person runs up the dock and throws the bucket to the person on the first sand mound. Second person throws that bucket to the third person. The third person throws that water from their bucket into the bucket that the fourth player is holding. The fourth player will dump that water into the pitcher. When the pitcher holds enough water to bump the scale and knock the ball down the ramp, all of the team members must meet on their mat at the other end. From there, 2 people will work the wheel maze with the ball. The first two tribes to finish will be safe from tribal council and cannot be voted out of the game. In addition to immunity, do you want to know what you’re playing for?” The crowd was excited. “Today you’ll be playing for…” Jeff lifted the tarp. “Spices! Make that rice go from zero to about… 10.” There were some ooos, but nothing too thrilling. “Alright, everybody understands? Take your spots and we’ll get started.”

Jeff saw that they were all waiting for him. “Solana has Drizella and KC on the maze. Max, Dev, Ryan, and Michelle throwing water. Luzon has Alex and Riley on the maze. Gangey, Cole, Purple, and Micky throwing water. Apari has Sindy, Michael, Mike, and Caleb throwing water. They have James on the maze and they’ll have to fill it in with someone. This challenge is live in three… two… GO!” Probst watched them take off. Max was only filling the bucket up halfway so it was lighter to catch and easier to throw. Gangey was picking up as much water as he could. He threw the bucket to Cole. Cole dropped the bucket and was soaked. “Luzon drops a bucket! It still has to make it to the end though! Keep working.”

“Put less water in it next time, Jesus Christ!” Cole yelled to him.

“Aparri’s buckets have a little more to them. Michael throws the bucket to Mike.” Jeff waited for this. “The first throw is about to be made. Mike throws the water up in the air.” Caleb stretched to try and make the most of it. “Ooo! Most of the water misses. Caleb dumps what he can. Luzon with just a drop after their first bucket. Aparri has the lead, Solana slightly ahead.” Jeff watched. “Gangey, not learning from his mistakes, taking the same amount of water.”

“Dump some of that!” Cole yelled at him. “I CANNOT catch that!”

“Lean into it!” Gangey threw the heavy bucket.
Cole tried and fell backwards, soaking himself. “Cole takes a tumble!” Probst watched.

“He’s doused!” Cole stood up and slammed the bucket in the sand.

“Come on, dude! What the fuck?” He exclaimed.

“Sindy taking less in her buckets this time, following the example Max is setting. Solana is taking a bit of a lead! They’ve got a whole person gap in their line!” Jeff watched as Dev threw to Ryan. Ryan is about to throw the second bucket to Michelle. Luzon dumps their second bucket it but doesn’t even compare to the first bucket of someone else!” Probst watched Michelle. “Michelle catching a decent bit of their water… the bucket is just over halfway full! A big bucket might do it, but will they risk it?”

“THROW. LESS.” Alex yelled down to Gangey. Gangey picked up the same amount.

“Gangey, not listening to his team at ALL. Cole, catching the bucket. He dumps some out in the sand before passing it on!” Probst was taken back. “He won’t risk the whole bucket for his team.”

“Let’s pick up the pace, Apari!” Michael was clapping his hands. “Sindy, two more buckets with a little more! Focus everybody! We can spice up our rice!” He tried cheering them on.

“We’ll take anything but last.”

“Michael cheering his team on! They’re putting up a good race with Solana, but Solana seems to be leading by just a hair. However, there’s always room for a mistake. Luzon, getting a decent sized bucket in finally, but they might need two more runs on top of everybody else yet!” Probst looked over to Solana. “On their third person again! They dump in a decent bucket… but it’s not enough! Apari, if they have enough, they might be able to start their maze!”

“This is a bigger bucket but we can afford to lose some!” Max ran down the dock and tossed the bucket.

“Max wasting no time! Apari dumps their bucket and… IT’S GOOD!” The ball took off down the ramp. James picked up the ball and Caleb stepped in. “Caleb and James working the maze! If they get it first, they’ll not only win immunity, but the spices too!” Probst turned his back to the other side of the area. “Luzon with a big bucket! This time, filling up over half of their final bucket, are they almost coming back in this?”

“Come on! Another big bucket!” Purple yelled and watched Gangey throw it to Cole. Cole fell over. “Come on! Just keep going!” Purple and Alex were both getting frustrated.

“Solana taking off! Drizella and KC are coming out of the gates gun blazing! They’ve had time to think this maze over!”

“Left, right – I mean right!” Sindy instructed Caleb and James. “Shit!” Sindy directed them right into a dead end.

“Luzon trying another big bucket!” Jeff hollered. “Max leading KC and Drizella!”

“Left, left! Right! Right! Left!” Max was hollering from behind. “Come this way slowly, Drizella.”

“They’re listening well to her lead! Luzon’s ball is rolling down the ramp, finally! But will they be able to catch up?” Jeff watched as Alex picked up the ball and Riley started to tug hard and quick. “Luzon is making quick movements, is that the right strategy though?” He heard a thunk. “Solana! Coming in first! Winning immunity and the spices!” Probst heard them celebrating.

“Shut up, Sindy!” James yelled back to her. He felt bad but he knew what he was doing and she was distracting him.

“Luzon can maybe take second if they don’t get caught up in dead ends! Apari about 75% of the way through. Could this be a photo finish?” Probst watched them all. “Gangey switching in for Alex. Is there enough time to come back?” Probst was watching them closely. “Luzon is making massive progress but… it… is… too… late!” He heard Aparri’s ball hit the ground. “Aparri! You’ve won immunity!”

“YES!” Sindy fist bumped the air and ran towards her team. “Good job team! Congrats!” Michael and Mike lifted her up. Caleb and James hugged and patted each other on the back.

Gangey slammed his end of the maze hard, he was not thrilled that they’d be going to tribal tonight. They eventually regrouped at the front of the challenge area on their mats.

“Solana, come take your immunity idol and spices. You can head out.” Jeff watched Drizella come pick up the prize.

“I told you we’d be back.” She kissed it on the forehead and carried it out like a baby.

“Aparri, you have also won safety for tonight. I’ve got no prizes for you, but you won’t have to see me so… you’re free to go.” Jeff waved them goodbye and Sindy smiled back to him. “Luzon… you have a tough decision to make. You guys will be going to tribal council tonight and you will be sending someone home… see you around. Get out of here.” They walked out with their heads hanging low.

I'm hoping my invisible edit in this blog means I'm not going anywhere at tribal, but I'm suspecting an idol play from Gangey, sending Cole out.
