Counting calories

Is very important for the most part.

the only, and literally THE ONLY thing needed to lose weight is a calorie deficit. NO WALKING, NO FAT BURNERS, NO ZERO CALORIE TEA, NO CARDIO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nothing. just a calorie deficit.

And especially for the people who don't like eating healthy, eating their favorite foods while staying in a calorie deficit is a really good alternative. (Btw this is not recommended as its extremely unhealthy and you're gonna be eating one slice of pizza or two chocolate bars only lol)

Do you have to physically count them? Because counting takes a lot of energy

I'd recommend the app MyFitnessPal it's very useful and has every food in it =]
