*Ji searches for her phone in the branches, leaves and bushes, when she hears ruffling through the leaves, she looks up, and it’s Annalise, rolling down the hill, landing right in front of her*
Ji - “AH!” *checks on her, noticing she is seemingly unconscious, but no clear injuries* “What the fuck?!”
Annalise moans slightly - “I’m fine.”
Ji - “What happened?”
Annalise - “I tried to stand myself up on a tree, and I fell.”
*There’s rumblings through the leaves*
Annalise - “Just the wind.”
Ji - “Yeah…” *searches for her phone through the leaves*
*THE LAKE HOUSE*
*Mac runs inside*
Mac - “Everyone.”
*Everyone in the area gathers around him*
Mac - “Our cars have slashed tires. All of them, besides Justin’s so where is he?”
*SHOCKED REACTIONS!*
Alexa - “He brought Becca to the bedroom when she was blacked out. I’ll go find him.”
*Alexa runs upstairs, and runs into Mason*
Mason - “Did you guys see him?”
Alexa - “Who?”
Mason - “The killer.”
Alexa - “What do you mean?”
Mason - “FUCK. He must’ve been too fast.”
Alexa - “Huh?!”
Mason - “Who are you looking for?”
Alexa - “Justin.”
Mason - “Girl, he’s probably dead.”
Alexa - “Fuck, what about Becca?”
Mason - “Bitch, I didn’t do the killings.”
*Alexa rolls her eyes and runs to the back room, and tries to open the door, but it’s locked, Mason following her*
Alexa - “Fuck, somebody had to of gotten the keys to the room and did this.”
*Mason shrugs*
Alexa - “Fuck, fuck, fuck.”
*Mason walks away*
Alexa - “Where are you going?”
Mason - “Back downstairs.”
Alexa - “Why?”
Mason - “I don’t plan on dying today…”
*Alexa rolls her eyes, and tries to open the door again, and when she fails, she just follows Mason back downstairs*
[SCREAM.]
*WOODSBORO*
*Lilli Jason and JP sit at a cafe*
JP - “Who do you think did it?”
Lilli Jason - “I’m very suspicious of how innocent and Godly the Church really is.”
JP - “What? You think fucking Grandma Murphy is some type of master murderer?”
Lilli Jason - “I don’t think anything, I just have notes, and my notes lead me to believe something dark is happening somewhere within that Church. Everyone is a suspect, though. Although some people I have ruled out.”
JP - “What do you mean? Who?”
Lilli Jason - “Well, not ruled out, but I ruled out some scenarios. For example, you couldn’t have done it on your own. You were trapped in a car when Lora’s screams were heard. Unless you pulled some voodoo shit, you’re innocent, assuming there’s one person involved. You could easily be guilty if you had a partner in crime, but judging by the fact you were in jail and only got out because of me… if that was the case, you might want a new partner.”
JP nods - “Is anyone else off the suspect list?”
Lilli Jason - “I don’t believe anyone else’s alibis have been proven or solidified yet.. Everything else is basically just word of mouth and not proven. I personally am inclined to trust Mac and Gabriel, but that’s a personal thing, not anything has been proven or anything.”
JP - “You trust Gabriel, yet fear the Church?”
Lilli Jason - “Last I checked, Gabriel isn’t doing any creepy sermons nor recruiting people to join anything.”
JP - “Fair.”
*Slight silence*
Lilli Jason - “You liked that girl, right?”
*JP nods, slightly upset now, remembering Lora*
Lilli Jason - “Then help me.”
JP - “I want to help you with anything you need me to help you with.”
*Lilli Jason smiles*
*THE LAKE HOUSE*
*Alexa and Mason walk downstairs*
Alexa - “The door was locked.”
Mason - “But, guys, I saw a man up there. I was in another room, and I saw the man, with a bloody knife. He had a black robe, and was wearing a mask. I think he might’ve killed someone here. We can’t account for Justin or Becca. Maybe he killed one. Maybe he killed both.”
Gabriel - “Annalise and Ji are missing, too.”
Mason - “Well, alright then.”
Alexa - “I think they might be hiking, I saw them leaving out back. Unless we think they did it.”
Mac - “Fuck… Justin was the one whose tires aren’t slashed.”
*Theo takes the entire bottle of vodka and drinks from it, getting anxious*
Gabriel - “Alexa, where’s the closest gas station, shop, neighbors house… anything?”
Alexa - “My family has this place because it’s so isolated, oh my god.” *starts crying* “Hours away, possibly.”
Alycia - “Are we just going to ignore the fact that you’re the one who brought us all here to this isolated lake house for a vacation?”
Alexa - “FUCK YOU, ALYCIA. YOU WEREN’T EVEN INVITED.”
Theo - “Guys, we can’t turn on each other.” *stumbles off the counter, balancing herself on the wall*
Mason - “Theo, girl, sit down. You can’t be the peacemaker, you drank that entire bottle by yourself.”
*Theo nods, sitting down, her head immediately falling onto the counter*
*Mason rolls his eyes*
*IN THE BEDROOM, LATER*
*Becca wakes up, and discovers herself underneath Justin’s dead body*
Becca - “What the FUCK?!” *pushes Justin off of her enough so she can crawl out from underneath him* “Ugh…” *runs to the door, and unlocks it, and opens it* “Guys?”
*Mason and Alexa run up the stairs to Becca, to make sure she’s okay*
Becca - “What the fuck happened?”
Mason - “Where’s Justin?! Why are you covered in blood?”
*Becca looks down and notices the blood and guts all over her body*
Becca - “Oh, fuck.” *turns around and notices Justin’s body falling off the bed* “FUCK. HIS BLOOD IS ALL OVER ME.”
Alexa - “Can you go get the keys?”
*Mason nods and runs into the bedroom, to search for Justin’s keys, and shakes his head*
Mason - “They aren’t here. Could he have left them somewhere?”
*Becca sits down against the wall, as her phone rings*
*Alexa and Mason stare at her*
Becca - “What the fuck. It’s Ji?” *answers it* “Hello?” *she puts it on speaker*
*It’s just rumbling, with leaves moving, there’s a shriek on the other line*
Becca - “Oh my god. Go get the guys from downstairs.”
*SILENCE*
Becca - “What?” *hangs up the phone*
Alexa - “We’re the only people in the house. The rest of them went out to search for Ji and Annalise.”
Becca - “So… they’re all out there… possibly being stalked?”
*Alexa and Mason exchange a glance, but then just nod*
Alexa - “Gabriel and Mac are searching for help on the roads. Everyone else is in the woods somewhere.”
Becca - “You people… actually split up? So now we can’t protect one another? When there’s a killer out there, and could be ANY OF US?”
*PAUSE*
Mason - “It sounded smarter when Alycia suggested it.”
*IN THE WOODS*
*Ji and Annalise run away from the killer*
Ji - “HE HAD MY PHONE.”
Annalise - “Fuck, really?”
*THEY NOTICE A GROUP IN THE DISTANCE, AND RUN TOWARDS THEM*
*Ji and Annalise run into Nickolas and Olivia,*
Ji - “We gotta go, we gotta go.”
Nickolas - “Why?”
Annalise - “DON’T ASK.”
*THE KILLER CATCHES UP TO THEM*
Nickolas and Olivia - “OH FUCK!”
*THEY ALL RUN AWAY*
Ji - “WHERE’S ALYCIA?”
Nickolas - “WE SPLIT UP.”
Ji - “WHOSE DUMBASS FUCKING IDEA WAS THAT?”
Nickolas - “ALYCIA’S…”
Ji - “FUCK YOU CHURCH ASSHOLES.”
*Olivia falls down on a twig, as the killer quickly approaches them, but as he comes up to her, she turns around onto her stomach, avoiding the knife slash, as Nickolas runs over to help her up, he gets stabbed in the stomach*
Nickolas - “UGH!” *grips at his stomach in shock, as Olivia looks on in horror* “Run…”
*Olivia sprints away, with an also shocked Annalise and Ji*
Ji - “My last words to him was ‘fuck you church assholes’... shit I’m going to hell.”
*IN THE LAKE HOUSE*
*Mason, Becca and Alexa are running to the exit, as Mason walks by a sleeping Theo*
Mason - “Should I stay with her?”
Alexa - “Why the fuck would you do that?”
Mason - “So she doesn’t die, you fucking reta-”
Becca - “MASON.”
*Mason rolls his eyes*
Alexa - “You know what, sure. Stay with her.” *storms out of the house*
Becca - “Call me if you need anything.” *walks out after Alexa*
*Mason sighs, and sits Theo up on the couch*
Mason - “I don’t care if you get killed or not, I just know they all are going to get themselves killed out there.”
*AT THE TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN IN THE WOODS*
*Ji, Annalise and Olivia, all out of breath, sit, not seeing the killer behind them anymore*
Annalise - “We… lost… him.”
*Ji nods, and crawls towards Annalise, kissing her*
*Olivia gags, Ji flips her off*
Annalise - “I thought you didn’t fuck with relationships.”
Ji - “Figured we’re going to die soon. Might as well not waste the time we have left.”
*Annalise smiles and kisses Ji*
*Olivia rolls her eyes, and gets up and walks away*
Annalise - “Where are you going?”
Olivia - “To find Alycia! Somebody has to get our group back together!”
Ji - “Olivia, there’s a serial killer on the loose, you can’t just go out and about by yourself.”
Olivia - “WATCH ME.” *stomps down the hill, quickly falling down, rolling down the hill* “AHHHH!”
*Ji and Annalise sigh, shaking their heads, running after her*
*ON THE ROAD*
*Mac and Gabriel are walking down the street*
Gabriel - “We really are isolated.”
Mac - “It feels like we’ve been walking for miles.”
Gabriel - “And no sign of anything… and it’s getting dark. This was a big mistake.”
Mac - “I just want to fuck.”
*Gabriel stops, shocked by how blunt that was*
*Mac smirks, continuing to walk*
*Gabriel coughs, still very shocked, as he keeps walking*
*Gabriel catches up to Mac, and kisses him*
*Mac smiles, and takes off his shirt*
Gabriel - “In the woods…?”
Mac - “Why the fuck not? We’ll probably be dead soon.”
*Gabriel smiles, and takes off his shirt, and kisses him again*
*IN THE HOUSE*
*Mason sits on the couch near Theo, when his phone rings, seeing an unknown number*
Mason - “Oh, fuck that.” *walks to the window and chucks his phone out*
*Theo’s phone rings, Mason takes it out of her pocket, and notices the phone number as his own*
Mason - “Hell…” *he hangs it up, and then quickly a text message comes through* “Oh no no no…” *opens the message, and it’s a picture message of Mason looking at Theo’s phone* “Come… ON.” *smashes Theo’s phone on the ground, and stomps on it* “Theo, wake the fuck up.”
*Theo rolls over, still unconscious*
Mason slaps her in the face - “WAKE UP, SIS.”
*Mason rolls his eyes, and runs to the front door, locking it, and then the backdoor*
Mason - “Theo, sorry, girl, but I am not dying today.” *runs up the stairs*
*The front door is unlocked from the outside, and the killer walks in, noticing Theo passed out on the couch. The killer shakes his head and walks up the stairs*
*OUTSIDE THE HOUSE*
*Mason climbs out of a window, and hides on the roof, near a window, holding a butterknife*
*DOWNSTAIRS*
*Theo sits up, rubbing her head*
Theo - “MASON?!”
*IN A BEDROOM*
*The killer notices the window Mason crawled out of is still open, but as he is about to approach it he hears Theo’s yells, and turns around*
Mason, to himself - “FUCKING. THEO.” *considers climbing back in, but shakes his head, and looks over the roof, and sighs, jumping off, landing safely, he starts running into the woods*
*INSIDE THE HOUSE*
*Theo stands up, and walks over to the counter, noticing her phone is missing*
Theo - “Huh…” *walks over to the counter, finding Annalise’s phone* “Where the fuck is my fucking phone.” *Calls her own phone, before noticing it shattered on the ground* “MASON, WHAT THE FUCK?!” *turns around and notices the killer there* “Mason?”
*The killer approaches her, and she chuckles*
Theo - “Down to fuck?” *takes off her shirt* “Let’s go, kid.”
*Theo lies down on the couch*
Theo - “You into it?”
*The killer gets on top of Theo, taking his knife out, and pressing it against her neck*
Theo - “You’re into some weird shit, guy.” *chuckles, before sort of cringing* “Wait…”
[SCREAM.]
