INSIDE SEATTLE GRACE :
Shannon walks out of the operating room and pages someone, she waves at Kelly who is looking around for someone.
Shannon's intern Daniel comes to her "yes mam?"
"Have you checked on the patient in room 23? Jeremiah Gordon? Self inflicted accidental gunshot wound to the foot? It should be pretty basic." Shannon says.
"Um... No..." Daniel says.
"Then do it." Shannon says. "It is VERY basic, so you can do it solo."
Daniel says "say please."
Shannon scolds him and say "NOW."
He runs away.
Kelly asks "should I help?"
"Nah... He has it.'
Victoria runs up to Shannon and asks "where's my brother? How's he doing on his first day?"
"Very well. You can check on him in room 23." Shannon says.
Kelly asks "can I please go? My schedules been empty."
"Fine." Shannon says.
IN ROOM 23 :
"So... Jeremiah Lane Gordon, 23, accidental gun shot wound to the foot what happened?" Daniel asks.
"Me and my bud... who isn't here... We playing during hunting. I reloaded my pistol but accidentally shot my foot..." Jeremiah says.
Victoria and Kelly walk in and ask "what's up?"
"Nothing... But is this infected?" Daniel asks, referring to Jeremiah's foot.
"Oh my god! Yes... Eww.." Victoria says. "One of the worst infection I've ever seen."
"Ew," Kelly says. "This is why I am not a surgeon."
"Page Shannon." Daniel says.
Kelly walks out and into Desi.
Desi asks "DON'T YOU HAVE A JOB TO BE DOING? WORK. WORK. WORK. YOU DUMB SLUT."
Gregory runs at them and says "Actually, she was just coming to help me in room 64."
"Then go!" Desi shrieks.
"Calm down, Desi." Martin says, "you should work as well."
"I'm the best one here. 10 out of 10... She is a 7.5 out of 10 at NURSING. That is at best a 4 out of 10 in being a hospital worker." Desi says. "I don't NEED TO WORK. I'm a prodigy."
"Good point. Keep working." Martin says, walking away.
"Yeah. WORK. I AM YOUR ATTENDING. DO NOT MAKE ME LOOK BAD!" Joan says, walking by.
"Shoot. I SHOULD BE YOUR ATTENDING!" Desi screams.
ROOM 64 :
"Jenica Jessica Robbins. 25. Broken... Ew... Broken lady parts." Kelly says.
"Jane Rabbit." Jenica says in a thick Russian accent.
"Are you sure... My papers are rarely... Wrong." Kelly says looking up at a blonde lady with huge breasts and leather lingerie on.
"She is a lady dancer." Gregory says, behind Kelly.
"Oh..." Kelly says.
"Stripper. He means to say. My stripper name is..." Jenica starts.
"Joan Rabbit." They all say.
"Okay." Kelly says. "I'll page..."
"No body. You are doing this yourself, to show that you're more than a nurse." Gregory says.
"No... I'm meant to be a nurse." Kelly says. "Dr. Hutham is meant to be a surgeon."
Grant is standing in the doorway and says "yes, I am and you aren't meant to be here Dr. Maxwell."
"This isn't even your patient?" Kelly asks.
"Oh my god... You all are mess." Jenica says, smoking a cigarette.
"You aren't allowed to smoke here." Kelly says.
"You apparently are not allowed to be here. Good bye Nurse Bitchface." Jenica says.
"It's Nurse Morano." Kelly says, walking out.
ROOM 23 :
"We are gonna need to amputate." Shannon says.
"WHAT!" Jeremiah screams.
Jason and Victoria take Jeremiah away.
"You made a good call, you made me very proud, you're gonna be a great surgeon." Shannon says to Daniel.
"The others are good too." Daniel says.
"Good thing it isn't a competition." Shannon says. "Go to Isabella, she has a crush on you."
"The candy striper?" Daniel asks.
"This isn't the 1950's. Volunteer." Shannon says. "She's with the children."
IN PEDIATRICS :
"Ring around the Rosie, pocket full of Posey, Moses Moses we all fall down." Isabella laughs, falling down.
"That's adorable. Not the correct lyrics though." Daniel laughs.
"I changed them with their names : Rosie, Posey and Moses. Say hi!"
He kisses her.
"How did you...?" Isabella asks.
"Shannon. Dr. Stevens." Daniel says.
"Oh!"
They continue to kiss.
"EWW!" The kids say.
They both laugh.
ROOM 23 :
Jeremiah stares at his stump.
"At least it wasn't both feet." Shannon says.
"Thank fricken god." Jeremiah says to himself.
"Positivity is key." Shannon says.
"Get out."
Shannon says "okay."
ROOM 64 :
Jenica asks "will I be able to have kids?"
"Yes." Kelly says, "what even happened?"
"I do pole dance. Boy gets too close. That is 'no no' thing, I slap him off, fall off pole, do involuntary split. I hurt vagina."
"Oh... I half understood that." Kelly says.
"I go now, with husband?" Jenica asks.
"Yes... When he gets he... HUSBAND?!" Kelly asks.
A tall man runs in and lifts her up and kisses her. "Let's see if this baby still works."
"NO SEX UNTIL AT LEAST..." Kelly tries to scream but he carried her away. "Shoot."
PROMO FOR NEXT EPISODE :
Grant gets on top of someone shirtless in a closet.
"You have been here less than 48 hours and you're already screwing some girl?" Shannon asks.
Isabella plays with blocks with a 5 year old and looks up.
Desi screams "DO YOUR GOSH DARN JOB!"
"We need to get that bitch fired." Jason says.
Victoria does a surgery and gasps.
