I know it’s difficult when you aren’t in a good headspace but it feels so good when it’s clean. I’d start by picking up any rubbish and throwing it into a bin bag and then either scoop everything else up and put it on your bed and then sort it out. Or leave it on the floor and clean a section of it at a time. Maybe a music playlist would help? Or have a tv show on it background
