I couldn't even successfully kill myself. I passed out within what must have been 4 seconds and I didn't have the rope tight enough, so I hit my head on the side of my bed and because the rope slackened I came to. As for pain, none at all. It was sort of relaxing in a way, I was hearing music playing in my head and didn't even feel myself hit the bed. Painless. But I ended up in the hospital for twelve days and now I am starting to feel better and get over my depression and anxiety which comes with my HPPD.
