I love it when you are having a bad day and you think it just couldnt get anyworse and then you see the little ray of sunshine shining through to turn a bad day into a good day. I lost another 2.4 pounds this week which is fantastic news. I weigh in Mondays of all days. And then I went to a meeting at my church and got really pumped about this awesome event that we are going to be doing at the end of august where we do a bunch of random acts of kindness. We are doing renovations at the pregancy centre, giving out backpacks filled with school supplies for kids in need and free haircuts for back to school, a big feast, a youth event and a kids carnival there is so many things going on. I got really excited about what that could mean for our town. And then I came home and saw that I got 8th in my last game. Oh and someone asked genuinely how I was. That doesnt happen often. So when you are faced with a really crappy monday just look for the little things. Also remember how much it can mean if you just ask someone how they are doing and really listen to what they say. Take an interest in someone you care about.

I really wish I was feeling up to going out tonight (Friday night) I'm in the mood for some Kareoke.
I love pain killers and antibiotics, I do not love the reason that I have had them prescribed, but I havent slept this good in years. I was given morphine in the hospital 2 days ago that was a little too intense for me. Now I have Tylenol 3's and I slept about 24 hours straight. I'm back to the hospital again tonight to have my dressing changed on my wound. See you all on the flip side.
I was having a horrible day, I slept in which totally throws you off. Then I am swamped at work to the point where I'm not really sure everything is EVER going to get done, then I go on a home visit for work and the dog eats my shoe. Straight up... I can't make this shit up. So I rush home and have 15 minutes to make and eat dinner before going to an engagment I promised I would be at. But once I got there, I sat with a good friend an acquaintance and a new friend, we laughed our asses off for a good while. Sometimes you're friends are all that gets ya through. Be that friend to someone today. =)
So, I have been evicted. I am 18th. Thanks to those who have helped me. I have learned alot and am looking forward to the next round. I have learned many strategies in my short time here. I will continue to blog for the next little while until the next game starts. But for now I must get some sleep.
