This week has not only been eventful, but they also shook up the power rankings big time. Caleb had to make a choice between his stalking game and his BB game, but that decision maybe a little too late. The timer on the Zach time bomb was officially kicked off with his HoH and someone other than the Detonators won Hoh.
As usual, popularity is not a factor. Normally just winning a competition does not guarantee a move up or down the rankings. without further ado
11-Zach: Zach is clearly trying to play Dr. Will's game, but he doesn't have the doctor's manipulation skills. That's kind of important if your going to lash out at other houseguests. His game is now in immediate danger and His alliance may not think its worth the risk to keep him in. He is now the bottom of the detonator totem pole and that is not the place to be when they aren't in power.
10-Jocasta: Jocasta seems to be allergic to any competition that requires any type of physical activity. This week may be a safe one for Jocasta but her gameplay and competitor status are so low that she has no long term value. One week of safety will not move her up the rankings.
9- Caleb: Caleb finally did the right thing in the Amber saga by casting a vote to evict her. Although, the damage has already been done to his game. He is clearly still a target for a huge part of the house and he seems to think he's a part of an alliance that he's not in. With the power shift, if he finds himself next to a Detonator, hes game might get detonated.
8- Victoria: Victoria's bump in the ratings really doesn't have anything to do with her gameplay. Other's have simply made bad decisions, while Victoria still hasn't really made decisions. She is still a weak game player but if others keep blowing their own games up, she gets the reward of a smaller target.
7- Hayden: Nicole and Donny want to include Hayden in their game talks about who to nominate which could be an opportunity for Hayden to make a move in this game. Hayden was a vital part of the backdoor Amber move, but it was not his idea and one POV win doesn't make you a competitor.
6- Donny: Donny is sitting pretty with his HoH win, but this week could make or break Donny's game. Nicole has stated that she wants to keep Derrick and Cody safe. Donny sees thru Derrick's game play, but if he makes a play against the detonators and fails, he will propel to their top target. He has to make smart moves with his HoH to gain traction in these rankings.
5-Frankie: Frankie is in a unique spot in this game. He pulled off the Amber backdoor and even got Caleb to think it was his idea, but a lot of his game play leaves us wanting something more. If all noms end up being detonators, we could see some cracks form in the alliance, and it could bring Frankie's game down.
4- Nicole: Nicole has a chance to really shake up the house if she makes the right move. She unfortunately has stated that she wants to keep Derrick and Cody safe. If that is truly the case she may be trusting all the wrong people. She cannot squander this opportunity as her only real chance to survive long term, is a detonator going home this week.
3- Christine: Christine's name has been floated as a potential nominee on Donny's block. I do think she would have the support to stay if she ended up on the final block, but she also is strong enough of a player that her nomination is probably not going to stick. I think even if this week breaks up the detonators, Christine has shown she can adapt.
2- Cody: Despite the detonators not having power, Cody still remains in a good spot. He and Derricks sub alliance is stronger than the detonators and they play the smartest game. If the alliance ends they have the best chance to continue running the house.
1. Derrick- Another week at the top. The thing about Derricks game is that he has the gift of persuasion. The game has gone completely the way he's wanted it to and he's really not anyone's target. Although Donny seems to have caught on to Derrick's game, He is still in no real danger.
