So guys not that many people would probably care but I have decided to leave Tengaged. I've been contemplating this for a year and a bit now, and if I had made this decision even 3 months ago I would have said that this was a difficult decision, but as of writing, it couldn't be easier. I have spent 4 and a half years on this site, and it just isn't what it used to be for me.
The site has been dying for a very long time and I just don't see the point in it anymore. When I started playing on Tengaged, it felt like an escape from the real world. As a reality TV obsessed 13 year old, Tengaged was constantly on my mind. But as the years have gone by, Tengaged just felt like a waste of my time.
I have considered leaving several times, but I stuck around a bit longer mainly for group games, which is easily my favourite aspect of this site. For the last 2 years I have mainly hosted and participated in group games and I honestly believed that group games could have save Tengaged.....but they haven't. Group games were fun when it wasn't the same 10 people in every group game worth playing in and there were more than two super active participants.
My latest break was last year but I came back at the end of Year 12 and participated in a string of group games hosted by Turney1805, and honestly, if all group games were like TTRS Survivor Congo, then maybe I'd still be here, but they aren't.
All of this in addition to the fact I am starting University in a fortnight is enough of a reason for me to leave this site. As I have said, I have left this site before, but things feel a lot more permanent this time around and I honestly don't see myself coming back.
To all the people I have met along the way, I would like to thank you for making me experience here on Tengaged what it was. My passion for Survivor and Big Brother will never die and I'm just so grateful I found a community of people who appreciate Reality Game Shows the way I do.
I will log back in over the next 24 hours to say goodbye to some of the people I've grown to know but that will be it. Anyway, I have a tendency to waffle so I guess I will just leave it here.

Thankyou so much. I know it's been ages since we've spoken but know that you were the reason I was able to start off such as a successful Big Brother series and whenever I think of tengaged, you will definitely be the first name that comes to mind.
Jacob_C you and I didn't usually see eye to eye. But your group game has a special place for me. It was the first game I fully tried in and it was the one that I met my favorite person in. (And my least favorite one to but no point in focusing on that)
So I truly wish you all the best and good luck in University.
We definitely had ups and downs but honestly I really respect you and your loyalty. I remember Leli's Survivor where you me and mel made top 3!!!!! that was one of my all time favourite group games
It's been so great knowing you over the course of the last 2.5 years. You have always been such a great host and friend and I hope you have an amazing time in college! Without having known you or playing in your games, I wouldn't have been as inspired or motivated to host < 3 if you pop online from time to time say hi! :)
