A Proposal for Uniformity Oct 12, 2009: As we all know very well (some from personal experience), Tengaged_Moderation's punishments are highly subjective. The perfect solution: Create a system where uniform consequences are imposed for all players.

Basically, all punishments usually result from either:

1. Verbal or sexual abuse of another player
2. The creation of multis
3. Posting pornographic images

So why not define a set of punishments based on the number of offenses for each of these violations of TOS?

Example for the verbal/sexual abuse and multi violations:

First Offense - Admonishment (+ banishment of multi account)
Second Offense - Two week ban (+ banishment of multi account)
Third Offense - One month ban (+ banishment of multi account)
Fourth Offense - Permanent ban (of all accounts associated with the user)

Example for the Pornography violation:

First Offense - Permanent ban; Points: 120 13 comments

Tengaged Decides Oct 4, 2009: Alright, so I am in the middle of a DOND game for my current Casting where 8 players remain. My case is #24, and the other cases are #16, #18, and #21. These four remaining cases contain $0.01, $750, $200000, and $300000. I have been offered $51,327 by the bank. Should I take the deal? If not, vote for which case I should take.
