I hate being allergic to milk

no pizza, no ice cream, and the substitutes are even difficult for me because I'm also allergic to almonds (and basically all kinds of nuts but that's besides the point)

SharonMaItems not lactose intolerant. that just makes your stomach hurt and stuff, i have deathly allergies like i have to carry an epi-pen everywhere with me because if i ingest any of it my throat closes
