Heeey, so there is this girl I know who I fancy and we meet up pretty much every weekend with my bro and her friend, we've all got along great! But this week I did one thing wrong and she seemed a bit upset, her friend Said I 'blew it' but I apologises and from then on we got on great, like really great :) and we've kisses a few times in the past but I didn't make a move in the cinema this week, I'm not sure what I was thinking but all I can say is that I'm such a idiot ;L what do you think I should do with her? Ask her out? Or just keep it the way it is? And do you think she likes me back? Cheers if you help!!x

Here's some advice from me (I'm a girl).
I believe that she does like you back-she wouldn't have kissed you all those times if she didn't have any feelings for you (unless she is promiscuous) AND if her heart wasn't set upon you then she wouldn't agree to meeting you most weekends. The fact you apologized is good; she's got the impression that you care about her feelings which is probably why things turned out good from there.
I think for now, you should keep it the way it is and if things get stronger between you both then step in and ask her out. I wouldn't ask her out just yet though just in case she will freak out and say no which is humiliating and disappointing.
