What programs do you use? I wanted to get paint.net but for some odd reason it won't work on my computer and photoshop is too expensive. Any suggestions? Preferrably free but open to cheap ones if they're especially good
EDIT: My computer runs Windows and my phone and tablet run android, although my tablet is very old
