I have registered for the Glasgow half marathon on the 6th September which is exactly 11 weeks away. I'm currently injured with a strained knee tendon and haven't been able to train properly for 6 weeks now (did manage 23 ins on the cross trainer today with no pain though!). So the question is will I make it or not?!!
If anyone has any suggestions on how to speed up my training on my return please post them here lol, I need all the help I can get!
One more full day to go and I'm still around, how I dont know lol! Good luck to all those nommed but my lack of activity today may see me dssapear into the ether. If I do go, good luck to all those who reach the final, it's been a great first game.
