I have registered for the Glasgow half marathon on the 6th September which is exactly 11 weeks away. I'm currently injured with a strained knee tendon and haven't been able to train properly for 6 weeks now (did manage 23 ins on the cross trainer today with no pain though!). So the question is will I make it or not?!!
If anyone has any suggestions on how to speed up my training on my return please post them here lol, I need all the help I can get!
marathons i have nothing about but really good luck with it but watch that knee.. i will sponsor you if you can set up an online sponsorship form.. may not be alot but every little helps hey
