I was thinking of making a roast on Thanksgiving instead but my anxiety is telling me thats too weird. Is it weird to not make a Turkey?

growing up we had a chicken every year and I had no idea that it wasn't turkey. my mom didn't like turkey so she got us chicken and told us it was a turkey LMFAO. point being do whatever you want
