For the first big part of the game, up until we're down to about 10 people, you'll be on two teams (they might switch halfway or they might not). Your current teams are based off how many gifts y'all have. Since there's an odd number of people, one person is safe right away -- one of the people (based on highest games played) with the VERY least number of gifts. So team one will take the remaining person with least gifts and remaining person with most gifts, then team two will do the same, and so on until everyone is chose.
Organize these numbers and symbols into an equation that equals 49. MAIL your equation to me.
First team to have two people send me the CORRECT equation is safe. The last person from the unsafe team to send me their correct equation will be eliminated. If multiple people from the unsafe team do NOT submit by the time this blog expires, whoever has the most gifts of the inacts will be eliminated. Every so often, hints will appear.
HINT NUMBER ONE: Each of the digits is used to create two-digit numbers. So there are four two-digit numbers in the equation
HINT NUMBER TWO: Two of the numbers are 82 and 16
HINT NUMBER THREE: ((_+_)*_)/_ = 49
