MUST WATCH SEASONS Before Survivor 40?

I am going to commit to watching an entire season of Survivor live.

So therefore, which seasons do I absolutely HAVE to watch before I watch 40? And dont say all of them I'm not getting invested in winners that are out in the first two episodes

For reference ive watched Survivor: Amazon, Vanuatu, and Cock Islands

Cagayan 100%. Not sure if Kim is on the season but I'd watch One World. Not a good season but her gameplay was outstanding.
