I don’t get why people can’t wear designs they paid for period.
I don’t get why Gemma17 designs are illegal period.
I know Gemma does not care about her designs, and will be the first to admit that her designs are mostly from other websites. Over the last couple of years, she never cared about her permissions or anything like that. So why is Admin taking up for her in this way when she doesn’t care about her designs...?
Gemma has a million friends on TG and I’m sure that all of us can attest that she wouldn’t want people permanently banned over this stuff.

and if you let users wear the "stolen" designs then every design should be up for the public cause they can get a shop from an account they do not care to have banned while still gifting all their friends...this would leave everyone able to post anyones designs as long as they don't care to take the 7 day ban
gagaluv, Okay I thought I saw that EmzThorne was permanently banned for wearing a stolen design but I must have been mistakened. But I get what the intention is, but my point is that specifically for G17’s designs I just don’t get it because she really never cared about her designs being used for gifting. She was always very sweet when it came to permissions to everyone
