In the past 2 years (mostly muscle) I’m now trying to get rock hard abs and I FORGOT HOW BADLY TRYING TO LOSE FAT SUCKS. I just worked out before eating (I ate a lot last night) and I feel like passing out. I salute everyone that’s committed to losing weight because this isn’t fun. I feel great (besides wanting to pass out) though ngl LOL
