In my past few games I have tried to be in a strong alliance and be the head but I got evicted my last game I litterally did nothing I only was alighted with one person who was the right person and I got to the f3.

Honestly you just got to keep playing games and never have a strategy completely set in stone and finding out what suits you the best.
