A Little Noob Help?

imageWell this being my first day I am a little confused at how tengaged works. It all seems like such a nice place though so I'm hoping maybe someone can offer a little advice on what to do and how to start off right? Here are some questions I have if anyone cares to take a crack at them...

1. What are fraternity's for and how do they work?

2. How do groups work?

3. I like to make designs as a graphic designer and am interested in learning how to do that on  tengaged. Where do I start?

4. Is there anything that I should be doing that I may not be aware of right away? Like am I supposed to go around up voting all new blogs or do I stay in my game and just chat or do I try to just comment on stuff?

As you can see I'm in need of plenty of direction so if you have any helpful advice or want to share some words of wisdom it is much appreciated! Feel free to friend me so I can communicate as well lol

Frats are basically alliances already.
Groups are usually for games that last a while. They are pretty fun tbh.
Uhmmm talk to a designer about the designing. All I know is they use photoshop.
