I dont mean to sound ignorant at all but like what does she/them signify ? i'm confused i am not really familiar with pronouns

nonbinary that identifies as trans i would say, its taking me time to process as well
she/they can mean you want to or are comfortable using both pronouns. It kinda depends on the person. Like I identify as a woman but I’m good with she or they. Some people want you to use them interchangeably though. It is a little confusing to understand at first because everyone uses them so differently
In my experience people using these pronouns are fine with she but prefer they. But like if you saw them on the street and had never talked to them before and were like “oh she’s cute” they wouldn’t be upset
