Okay. What I did when my friend died, the thing that helped was talking to someone. This is hard so to make your day a small bit better is to do something you love. Also, if you feel to sad to do that, than go to a therapist and talk about how you feel. Don't feel pressured not to cry, its heathy to cry. I KNOW you will get through this and you will get through. It feels like you are in a tunnel and you can't see the light, but if you keep going through life, you will find the light. To help, you can be a judge on TGT.
