Dont eat without fire, dont drink until you need it to hunt further down the road, hunting lets u eat 10 food, have fun!

Everything Honalulue said. I usually don't end up eating or drinking at all (which is not good, especially if you do merge). My biggest piece of advice, DO ALL THE CHALLENGES, unless someone has to sit out and the tribe decides it's you.
