Such a random number. I'd understand 500, or 300 (I think that used to be the max), but 700? Why doesn't everyone get ranked? (or UNRANKED if they are at 0 karma)
It'd be interesting and if I was a newer user just joining, it'd make leveling up more incentivizing, as you watch your rank increase, and may help with retention of users.
There needs to be NO rotation anymore. New users need a chance to get established on this site. I have barely gained 100 karma in the last month, despite casually joining semi-frequently and half-heartedly playing games at like 30%.
