Should go to auctions each auction day change (which should be sped up and shortened, especially like how it used to). Not only would it boost the T-conomy and money in rando's pocket, it would make it more diverse in whom makes it into the auctions.
The current system was designed when there was far less users and lower leveled users (so more Ts was spent on color levels, not designs). I think it should be increased.
