Deal Or No Deal Question

Ok here is my question.
For deal in castings, we know the first one everyone has 0% bonus.

But later on in the game, when you have full health, 3 keys and a whole bunch of checks, arent you supposed to get some sort of bonus.

we played deal 3 times so far besides the first one and my bonus has always been 0%...

What gives ?
