Welcome to the finale!
First off I want to congratulate all of you on making it this far.
The three of you have done an amazing job!!! <3

SCORING: For this final round I'm scoring you 1-5 on presentation and the food itself (aka: how much I actually like that food or how delicious i think it will be)

There are no other judges.

I am not judging based on your past but on the food you give me every round.

Nattie: Your appetizer wasn't my favorite. I do love a crab cake so that gets you some points, however it was a bit simple and I couldn't really see the full presentation.
Your main dish was delicious! I love a tender lamb shank!! Presentation could've been cleaner though. You desert was to die for! Super delicious, rich and creamy. Everything we  love.

Varlto: You appetizer was delicious. This is something I expect to find in a 5 star restaurant. The colors were a bit dull but the dish itself was fantastic. Your main dish on the other hand was terrible. First off, visually it didn't look appealing and you could've done so much more with it. Your desert was ART. I loved all of it, can't say anything wrong with it.

Smuguy2012: You appetizer was beautiful. Scallops are always a good dish to impress. Only thing is I felt that it was a bit safe. Your main dish was beautiful, I loved all the colors and lobster! However, I felt like it was also a bit safe, I was it had more of a sauce to it and tbh it felt more like a salad to me. Your desert was not my favorite i must admit. It looked like a cookie, and I wasn't sure if I was looking at all of them or just one.

For my final main dish I’ve decided to do a seared salmon on a carrot purée with a medley of baby greens served with a dollop of fresh homemade Lemon sorbet.

Black Cod, black sauce comme en automne.
Black Cod in ballotine of arroches leaves, vegetables and mushrooms, red wine juice.
This is elegant but also tastes amazing. An original dish with different colors, more dark and obscure making it intriguing and mysterious.
