102 days ago I was banned for spamming Tengaged Court. I then made a multi (8Ball) and started to play games with it. Now, Patrick7893 spams the court and made a multi named bluepanties using a DIFFERENT IP and joined some games as well.

I have to think that there is SOME bias in this. I mean come on now, we did the same exact thing yet Patrick gets unbanned in about a week? Everytime I ask Genevere why I am still banned after 100 days and why Patrick is unbanned she tells me "You know why you are banned, and its a completely different situation".
-
Genevere, you are completely wrong. I dont know what Patrick had to do to get himself unbanned (Well, I might have SOME idea...), but I DONT KNOW the difference in these two almost identical situations. I dont know why some people receive a different ban for doing even worse things than me.
-
Another example of this was when Conceite spammed the court until it needed to be shut down, then made 15 multis and still got unbanned after 25 days.
-
Im not saying that I want my old account to be unbanned, I just want the acknowledgement that in fact, these two (or three) situations are not entirely different and that I DO NOT KNOW what I did that was different from the other two instances
-
I also understand that Genevere may not have banned me, however then the other mod who DID ban me should realize that there is unfair treatment among bannings.
