But why didn鈥檛 randomize (or mods propose making this) make shops and gift shops a separate thing? There could be two sections of bidding...one for competitive and one for not competitive. If you had a competitive shop you couldn鈥檛 bid on a gifting shop.
Split the bids every week, allow gifting shops with 20 stock where all stock can only be posted at 1T$. Auctions would count towards competitive like they do now.
Am I missing an issue here??

konohavillage1 I feel like 90% of this site doesn't care THAT much about designs to the point where they will burn all there T. Like most people have plenty of designs already and don't feel the need to spend all of their T on designs.

Surely spending 1500T$ on a shop is equivalent to 30 x 50T$ gifts so what鈥檚 the issue. Hell, he could even make it a one time purchase for 2000T$ you get 35 stock to gift.
_Aria I feel like the still do indirectly make him money because people would spend more T$ to gift their friends - few people actually want to compete in shops.
He can just lower the gifting shop stock
jdog I would disagree. The only thing that causes any excitement from this site are frookies and shops and the occasional stars. The user base here does most of the heavy lifting. People spend real life money for designs and shops.
