Can’t seem to join castings

Every time I try to enter/join any game, it just gives me this

“Houston, we have a problem!
Your color level, money or health is not enough to participate on this type of game.”

My health’s at 100%, I have 2000T$ and I’m a platinum level so what’s the issue???!?  Randomize koolness234 CheapCheep brandonpinzu
