If I remember correctly, all 3 of the Karens were gifted to people, so you should be able to see that there, but I'm not 100% sure. 1 definitely was a gift though, and you got like a .000005% chance the others weren't, so I THINK you should be good
Unless you're just talking about the Karen in theory, and talking about another design, which I can't help ya there LOL but if by chance they do have the design, hopefully they appreciate the sentiment behind it?
the Karen design is like new, I don't think it's been posted before and if you gift someone that already owns it, it'll say that that person already has it and it won't charge you.

Oh and reading the other comments, yeah I am 162738% confident that the Karens were first posted this week, and yeah it shouldn't charge you then if they were already bought for that person, so there shan't be any prevention in the spreading of Queen of the Hags, Buck Hunting, Endurance Beast Karen Singbeil
